Nissan Titan production was started in 2003 as a full sized 2 and 4 door pickup truck and it is still in market as a rival. 1^st Generation of Nissan Titan was from 2003 to 2015 Now 2016 to onward it is the 2^nd Generation of Titan Trucks.

Design:

This truck has un-deniable power, looks and list of features that make this to stand among competition. Nissan Titan 2017 or 2^nd generation appearance is much better than its 1^st generation as there can seen major changes to its overall design.

Exterior:

Starting from front that has major change than its previous generation, it has very large bold grill compare to previous generation. There is enormous logo inside grill and large Titan Written on upper bar. Front bars can be Chrome or of same color as its body, both look nice and stylish. Current Trim Nissan Titan XD SV has Aero Composite Halogen headlamps but platinum version has LED headlamps with LED day time running lights.

One thing that you will surely notice is the height of truck and how heighten it is? This is the thing that makes this truck to stand among 5/8 ton pickup trucks. Moving toward side; it has 17 inch steel wheels, chrome door handlers and heated mirrors, Black plastic has used all around the Vehicle to make it look cleaner.

Rear side of XD is pretty standard that have damped tail gate which make it little easier to raise and lower it. Rear bumper is painted metal unit with plastic top having scuff strips that give better grip when you go to the back of truck.

Interior:

Quality of material inside is good; Seats has been covered using high quality cloth and if you go for platinum trim you will have leather trim on seats. Inside Titan XD SV plastic has been used on doors and dashboard at least center arm rest and side arm rest has soft touch material. It has borrowed 5 inch color display from Nissan’s sedans with navigation and mobile app phone integration. Overall interior of Nissan Titan XD is good looking with nice color combination and design pattern.

Engine:

This Nissan Titan XD SV has been loaded with 5.0 Liter V8 Turbo Diesel engine that gives 310 horse power with 752 Nm@1600 Rpm peak torque. Top speed of Truck is 105 miles per hour where it takes 7.4 seconds to reach 0-60 miles per hour.

Transmission:

There are two different transmissions available in Titan 7 and 6 speed, current Nissan titan XD SV has aisin 6 speed automatic transmission.

Comfort:

Seats comfort in Nissan Titan is excellent as compare to its competitors only leaving “Ford F-15” that has multi-contour seats with anti fatigue massaging mechanism. Front seats have 4 way manual options for driver and passenger but it didn’t have lumbar and ventilation options like its platinum Trim has. There can be little issue for taller driver with front seats because these didn’t move quite rearward so there can be issue for them.

Rear seats for 3 adults are good; there is lot of head and leg room for sitting comfortably even though middle passenger can sit for long routes.

There is automatic air conditioner present in Titan XD SV but no Dual zone climate control like its premium trim. Cup holders and cargo space is enough inside vehicle that make it little more comfortable for holding things with you.
