Body shape of vehicle is more like sedan but actually this is a hatchback with 4 persons sitting capacity while having three doors. This coupe vehicle has decent amount of space inside specially its trunk that can adjust large amount of luggage. As this is a low budget vehicle but it still has supportive and comfortable seats with decent head and leg room for rear seat passengers. This vehicle is available with both automatic & manual transmissions where paddle shifters make this vehicle a fun drive. Its 2.5 liter cylinder produces 179 horse power where it takes 7.9 seconds to reach 0-60 miles per hour that is because of its nice torque. It has nice fuel economy of 23 within city while 31 on highways.
What is bad with Scion tC?
Ergonomic design of vehicle is important that effects overall experience & comfort of users, sometimes companies do some tweaks to make it little different but that is not important if all goes well; same here with Scion tC that have wrong placement of inner door handlers and proved to be a big non sense by company. There is no navigation & back up camera inside vehicle if you need you have to spend extra money .one major problem with car that this vehicle is available with front wheel drive only that doesn’t make it suitable for off roading. It has 8 speakers that have great sound quality but placement of speakers on rear side effect rear seat passengers that are placed right in the arm pit of rear seats passengers. There is no option for opening trunk from inside & if you need to open trunk you have to go outside with the key to do so. All models of scion tC has one engine option so if you want better performance you have to switch the vehicle instead of switching model.
What is new in Scoin tC 2016?
There are no major changes made in scion tC for 2016 where headlights redesign was done in 2014. For 2016 there have been done few minor changes to its overall appearance or features that includes addition of rear windows wiper, chrome door handlers & an important feature (push button start) that is standard in all models of scion for 2016. Only thing that can make you to select this vehicle is the price of car which is quite affordable.
