Changan Automobile, a Chinese automaker known for its Changan Oshan X7 SUV, has recently revised the prices of two variants of the vehicle: Changan Oshan X7 Comfort and Changan Oshan X7 FutureSense.
The ex-factory price of the Changan Oshan X7 Comfort now stands at Rs8,549,000, while the Changan Oshan X7 FutureSense has been updated to Rs9,199,000.
The SUV is available in six different colors, including Cosmic Red, Galaxy Black, Lunar Silver, Orion Blue, Space Gray, and Stellar White.
Under the hood, it is equipped with a 1500cc, 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine that complies with Euro-6 standards. This front-wheel-drive (FWD) system delivers a maximum output of 185 horsepower and a maximum torque of 300 Nm, with power transmitted through a 7-speed DCT transmission.
In terms of fuel efficiency, the Changan Oshan X7 achieves a mileage of 10 km/l in the city and 12 km/l on the highway. With a fuel tank capacity of 55 liters, it is capable of providing sufficient fuel for extended journeys.
The Oshan X7 Comfort variant is a 7-seater vehicle, while the Oshan X7 FutureSense variant accommodates 5 passengers. Both versions offer features such as push-start ignition and smart keyless entry. The Comfort variant’s interior is covered in microfiber, while the FutureSense variant boasts a leather-wrapped interior.
Both variants feature 6-way adjustable front seats, with the second-row seats offering a 40/60 split configuration. The FutureSense version also includes heated and ventilated front seats.
In terms of safety, the Oshan X7 2023 comes equipped with several modern features. The FutureSense Package includes a 360-degree panoramic camera, data recorder, front and rear parking sonars, smart proximity entry system, and smart exit system. Additional safety features across both variants include Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Forward Collision Warning, Auto Emergency Braking, 360-degree Panoramic Camera, and Data Recorder.
