Can the Cybertruck Live Up to the Hype?

The Tesla Cybertruck is almost ready to be produced, and this is a really important moment for Tesla. He’s been talking about the Cybertruck like it’s going to be the best thing ever.

Even during the pandemic, some Tesla stores were getting hundreds of Cybertruck reservations every week, and this helped Tesla sell more cars.

In 2021, people who kept track of the reservations said there were over 1 million orders for the Cybertruck. Now, in 2022, they’re saying there are more than 1.5 million orders. That’s a lot of demand, even though Tesla is only asking for a $100 deposit, which you can get back. So, even if not everyone who reserved one ends up buying it, there’s still a huge interest.

Recently, we’ve seen Tesla making progress in getting the Cybertruck ready to be made at the Gigafactory in Texas. They’re saying they’re on track to start making it in mid-2023. That’s a big step, and a lot of people are looking forward to seeing the Cybertruck on the roads soon.
