The biggest and most luxurious first ever 7 seated SUV of BMW’s production was started in 2018 and it is still in its first generation. This three-row seven seated vehicle that based on the BMW Clar platform and is available with an all-wheel-drive system only (Xdrive). In different countries, different engine options are available with petrol and diesel options but most of the time choice is limited to inline V6 and V8 petrol engines. This expensive, luxurious and powerful vehicle of BMW Company is the great alternative to Lexus LX570 and Land Cruise V8 in Pakistan.
Versions & Trims:
BMW X7 is available with three different trims including xDrive 40i, xDrive 50i, and M50i while the major difference among the versions is the difference between power trains. Base Trim xDrive 40i is equipped with a 3.0-liter V6 engine, xDrive 50i is equipped with a 4.4 Liter V8, and the M50i with 4.4 Liters V8 engine but with more HP and Torque as compared to xDrive 50i.

BMW X7 xDrive 40i:
Equipped with 3.0 Liter/183 gasoline direct injection intercooler Turbo Premium V6 engine that generates 335hp@5500rpm with maximum torque of 330nm@1500rpm. It is paired with eight-speed automatic transmission and it gives the fuel economy of 8-9 kilometers per Liter within the city and 10-11 Kilometers per liter on the Highway. With the base engine of 3.0 liters, X7 accelerates from 0-60 km/h in 5.8 seconds.
BMW X7 xDrive50i:
Equipped with 4.4 Liters/268 gasoline direct injection Twin Turbo Premium unleaded V8 engine that generates 456hp@5250rpm with maximum torque of 479nm@1500rpm. It is paired with eight-speed automatic transmission and gives the fuel economy of 6-7 km/liter in the city and 8-9 km/liter on highways. With xDrive50i X7 SUV accelerates from 0-60 km in 5.2 seconds.
BMW X7 M50i:
Equipped with 4.4 Liter/268 direct injections Twin Turbo premium V8 engine that generates 583hp@5500rpm with maximum torque of 553nm@1800rpm. It is also paired with 8-speed automatic transmission and it gives the fuel economy of 6 km/liter in the city and 8 km/liter on the highway.

Exterior Design & Features:
BMW X7 is all about bolder design and big size; for actually more impressive looks. It has a huge grille that is not just the part of the X7 SUV but all new vehicles of the BMW 7 series. Headlamps are not changed but their design has changed to the new modern look which is curved in nature and there is no roundness in the shape. Adaptive headlamps are standard in X7 which means light turns the direction according to the steering wheel and also adopts the luminous according to outside shine. Twenty-inch alloy wheels are standard and 22 inches are optional. To make it more aerodynamic air vents have given openings on the sides of the vehicle which also have a similar look and design like of 7 Series sedan cars. The rear of the vehicle follows the same basic design but L-shaped LED tail lamps get sleeker and the rear chrome lining is New Testament in all seven series.

BMW X7 SUV interior is one of the best places that is full of technologies, convenience, and comfort features. Other than being the biggest and spacious the quality of material used inside is impressive. It didn’t only follow all luxuries but ergonomics is also the most important fact that is being followed inside X7 Cabin. The high-quality wood and Metal trimming with high-quality leather seats are standard in all trims and this is just the beginning. All the seats are electronically controlled and have headrests, recline options, and thigh support as well.
