SsangYong Tivoli was introduced by the South Korean automobile company in 2015 as a five-door subcompact car with a front engine and front-wheel driving facility. It made its way to Pakistan through the Automotive Development Policy of 2016 to 2021 which has attracted many other investors in the country. Daehan Dewan Motor Company made a joint venture with SsangYong Company to finalize their plans of launching different vehicles in Pakistan. The company will be launching Rexton, Korando, Rexton, Tivoli, and XLV within the next few years and all their vehicles will be manufactured at the Sujawal assembly plant in Sindh. Tivoli has already been spotted on roads of our country clearly proving the car is in the testing phase and may release soon. The spotted cars were posted by people and showed it has well camouflage design and some details of their variants and performance were received which we are going to share with you.
Trim Levels:
It will be available in two variants that include the base trim and the high-end XLV trim. Higher-level XLV trim is upgraded with eighteen inches wheel, seven inches touch screen for infotainment, front and back parking sensors, and a two-zone climate control system while the base trim is equipped with all basic standard features.
Engine, Transmission & Power:
This car is powered by a 1.6 liter Le-XGi160 engine generating a horsepower of 113 bhp. It will be available in both petrol and diesel engine options while diesel engines are better for longer and off-road journeys. It offers six-speed automatic and manual transmissions among which the automatic transmission is more economical. One of the problems seen in Tivoli is its noisy engine which becomes quite irritating at high speeds on motorways.

The steering system of Tivoli is very efficient providing you with light and smooth steering control making parking maneuvers very easy while the suspension of Tivoli is quite stiff making the drive uncomfortable over bumps and rough roads of the street. Tivoli is 4195 millimeters in length, 1795 millimeters in width, and has a wheelbase of 2600 millimeters. The contemporary typical SUV style of Tivoli is quite elegant having a handsome front end featuring angular-shaped LED headlights giving a modern feel to the car along with the chrome planted grille encrypted with the SsangYong logo. The overall profile of the car is sculpted into an attractive piece featuring sixteen inches alloy wheels to give them bold looks while LED daytime running lights and automatic adjustable headlights make visibility clear to the drivers. Rear-end is also showing a typical SUV design featured with LED taillights and a tailgate spoiler. Higher-end trim also features a power sunroof to brighten the cabin and provide you with fresh air and it also offers you the option of two-tone color option for the exterior theme color.
Interior Design & Features:
The interior design of Tivoli redefines style and elegance to the next level having a spacious interior providing accommodation to five passengers. Seats are covered with leather and provided with heating technology to match the needs of comfort and ultimate luxury while you can also personalize the color theme of the cabin.
There is a seven inches touch screen compatible with Bluetooth and IPodalong with Android Auto and Apple Car play interface to provide you with infotainment. It also exhibits a rear view from the rearview camera that helps you in parking. Audio controls and cruise control are also fitted in the chunky D-cut style of the steering wheel.
An instrumental cluster comes with a color changing option that lets you monitor tire pressure, distance traveled, and temperature. The cabin is equipped with a cruise control system, smart key system, front auto washer switch, luggage cover, engine start-stop button, dual-zone climate control system, rain-sensing wipers, telescopic steering wheel, rear privacy glass option, powered driver’s seat, power door locks, power windows, and power mirrors.
