The Audi A3 was introduced as a subcompact executive sedan by Audi in 1996, and it was based on the Volkswagen Group A platform. The 4th generation Audi A3 was unveiled globally in 2020, based on the MQB Evo platform. It has a front fascia similar to the Audi A3 Sportback, and it is 4 centimeters longer, 2 centimeters wider, and 1 centimeter taller than the previous generation. The 4th generation Audi A3 entered North American markets in late 2021 and in Thailand in November 2021. There is less demand for small sedans in the United States of America, which is why it is available in a limited number per year. The European Audi A3 Sportback is available in 3 engine choices. The Audi A3 available in Pakistan is still in the 3rd generation, and it was released in 2012 as a front-engine, front-wheel-drive, or four-wheel-drive. The Audi A3 is present in three Models; A3, S3, and R3. Further, the 4th generation of A3 and R3 is available in three trim levels: Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige. The A3 Premium trim offers a panoramic sunroof, a 10.3-inches touch screen, USB ports, Bluetooth, tri-zone climate control, and standard driver’s assistance features.
The Audi A3 Premium Plus offers adaptive cruise control, a wireless charging device, and Lane Keep Assist. The Technology package offers 15-speakers audio system, a Wi-Fi hotspot, navigation, and Audi Virtual Cockpit.
The Audi A3 Prestige offers a head-up display and Audi’s Virtual Cockpit. The S3 is the high-performance variant of the A3 and offers a sport suspension and an all-wheel drive.

Engine & Power:
The Audi A3 gets its power from a 2.0-litre inline 4-cylinder engine that generates a maximum of 201 horsepower with maximum torque of 221 lb-ft. The S3 model comes with a 2.0-litre engine and generates 306 horsepower, and the RS3 model comes with a 2.5-litre 5-cylinder engine that produces a 400 horsepower and torque of 500 Nm. All the variants offer a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
Performance & Drive:
The 2.0-liter TFSI engine in Audi A3 4th generation comes with MHEV technology and delivers smooth performance for an engaging drive. The 7-speed S Tronic transmission offers a manual mode, and the shift paddles mounted on the steering wheel respond quickly to the driver’s input. It provides both the front-wheel-drive and the all-wheel-drive. The all-wheel-drive configuration lets you drive over all types of rough terrains with traction control. Exterior Design & Features:
The 4th generation Audi A3 is 3 centimeters longer than the previous generation, but the wheelbase is the same. The exterior design is muscular, and you can choose your exterior colour from nine options. The Black optic sport package offers black exterior trim and 18-inches wheels, and standard features include LED headlights with LED daytime running lights and dynamic turn signals. The air inlet grille in the centre has vertical struts, and the diffuser insert in aluminium looks gives it a bold stance. The chrome-plated exhaust tailpipes look aggressive, and the nineteen-inch wheels in higher-end trims look fascinating and win athletic heart desire.
Interior Design & Features:
The inside of the 4th generation Audi A3 is updated and has a handsome built-in quality with striking styling that stands it out among its rivals. The seats are covered with leather and blue contrast stitching, and the aluminium trims in illuminated doors look attractive. The floor mats with contrasting stitching and armrests in the doors and center console enhance passengers’ comfort. The driving seat is very comfortable and comes with various power adjustments, and the cabin is spacious to accommodate five adults comfortably. The A3 sedan gives you a cargo space of 10.9 cubic feet, and the S3 sedan gives you 8.3 cubic feet of trunk space.
